Hermes in the lead to close top retail lease in the Sydney CBD
Luxury brand Hermes may be finalising a new lease deal at the Trust Building at 155-159 King Street. They would be joining major brands such as Dior and Chanel, creating a "luxury super block".
Hermes will most likely be taking up the ground and mezzanine levels. They currently occupy one floor on the corner of Castlereagh and Pitt streets.
The Trust building is a strata development of approximately 713 sqm with a range of office and owner-occupier spaces.
