Roxy-Pacific Holdings has announced that the office tower at 117 Clarence Street in the Sydney CBD is going on the market.
The group, who bought the property from Altis Property Partners in 2015 for $81 million, may fetch a strong premium from the tower which is expected to sell for more than $150 million.
The tower is positioned in Sydney’s Western Corridor and provides 12,571 square meters of office space. It offers 33 basement car parks and a two-level pub-hotel. The property has a 4-star NABERS rating.
